Banking Info - Sites Tab

This tab allows the user to assign sites to a bank account. These settings determine which sites can use this bank account. One bank account can be used by multiple sites. One site can also have multiple bank accounts.

Example: A high school could have a bank account that is used for school activities and is managed at the school level. But for payroll, the high school could use a different bank account that is manged only at the central office level.

  • Enter a Site Name into the search field to search for a specific site.

  • Check the box in the Select column to add that Cash Account.

  • Click the save changes button.
